Eye Glow goes onto clean, dry skin. If you use the Vitamin C Radiance Serum, let it settle for a moment first, then move to the eye area.

A rice-grain amount covers both eyes. Squeeze it onto the back of your hand, then pick it up with your ring finger, which presses the lightest.
